GripS is the cutting-edge research program set against the vibrant backdrop of the Yangtze River Delta, hosted by Zhejiang University, Fudan University, Nanjing University  and University of Science and Technology of China, four prestigious universities in China.

Eligibility

·Undergraduates who are registered full-time at their home university;

·Complete at least two years of undergraduate study at home university, preferably Grade 3 undergraduates in a related discipline;

·Academic Excellence with a CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of B or above;

·English Proficiency of TOEFL iBT 85, IELTS (Ac) 6.0 or above, for non-native English speakers.

International students who apply for degree programs in the future will be given priority for winning a sponsorship

 

You will also have oppotunities to attend city exploration activities in Hefei, Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou.

·Hefei Activities - July, 27th

National laboratories, Anhui Provincial Museum, and iFlytek.

 

·Shanghai Activities - Aug. 3rd

Huangpu River Cruise, Chinese painting, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese ceramic art, etc.,

 

·Nanjing Activities - Aug. 10th

Nanjing City Wall, Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and Nanjing Museum.

 

·Hangzhou Activities - Aug. 15th

The West Lake, Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City, and Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City, etc.

 

* Four city activities are available for all participants of GRIPS programs and registration will be needed after your application is confirmed. Students need to travel by themselves and pay for the transportation fee and local accommodation fee on their own.

 

Duration

4-8 weeks during June-August, 2024

 

Certificate

A Certificate of participation and performance evaluation will be issued to the student who completes the program

 

Fees

Waived tuition and registration fees; Scholarship for excellent students

·Find a PI by browsing our Projects. We suggest you reaching out to them directly to know more about the projects.

You are only allowed to choose a maximum of two PIs of your interest from the four host universities, however, you will be admitted to only One PI’s project.
