About the Workshop: 

Led by Professor Dai Yokomizo of the Graduate School of Law, this workshop will invite Nagoya University alumni from Vietnam, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, and Japan to Nagoya. 

The workshop will focus on environmental damages and environmental dispute resolution in Asia. 

Through research presentations and discussions, the workshop aims to strengthen academic dialogue and advance future joint research. 

By enabling Nagoya University alumni to reconnect with their former supervisors and collaborate with faculty members, the workshop contributes to the sustainable strengthening of academic networks and promotes international research collaboration at Nagoya University.

【ワークショップ概要】

本ワークショップは、本学法学研究科の横溝大教授を中心として、アジア共発展部門が海外拠点を置くベトナム、モンゴル、ウズベキスタン等から名古屋大学修了生を名古屋大学に招へいし、アジアにおける環境問題と環境紛争解決を主題として実施いたします。

当日は、研究発表および意見交換を通じて、将来的な共同研究への発展につながる議論を行う予定です。

名古屋大学修了生が、元指導教員ならびに本学教員と再び研究交流を深めることは、学術ネットワークの持続的な強化につながる重要な取り組みであり、本学の国際的な研究協力を推進する上でも大きな意義を有していると考えます。
